I still believe in drinking (and eating by demand). I drink when I am thirsty, which I can easily do now that I am not as busy as I used to be (unlike when I was a practicing physician and found little time to drink). However, I should drink more water to try to dissolve my kidney stone and/or flush it out of my system. If you have no problem such as mine, I'd say you can also drink by demand. Though I would say that pure water is still the best, and hydrating (at a slow pace, like sipping water from time to time instead of gulping several glasses at a time) won't hurt your body, but will no doubt give you benefits.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7977563004357944096.post-35176397532091917172005-03-10T05:14:00.000-05:002005-03-10T05:14:00.000-05:00I know this is pretty late but it was only now tha...I know this is pretty late but it was only now that I was able to read this post. ^_^;; Anyway, although I don't have gallbladder stones yet, I did have a kidney stone episode last year.
