I have not tried the pancit guisado, mechado,menudo, or lumpia mixes as I am so used to preparing them from scratch. And I agree they are not bad. They don't use artificial ingredients (as they claim). And I don't care if they use MSG in some (I don't know if they do, but I am not totally abhorrent of MSG. When I'm inspired...I like all kinds of pancit. When I'm inspired I cook it from scratch, when I'm lazy, I use the Mama Sita mixes. Mama Sita mixes are not bad, they do duplicate the taste.
