Sa Pilipinas, yan ay tersyera (tertiary) ata or primera (I can't remember now which is which). It's just a more protein-rich flour so that the gluten is more. Baka you can get it online like amazon prime if you have it; yun nga lang matatagalan kasi rush hours na ng Pasko.Loryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02816740817614105118noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7977563004357944096.post-76163851889896885802018-12-21T05:23:31.238-05:002018-12-21T05:23:31.238-05:00Hello Manang,

I was reading through your siopao recipe and chanced upon this one - I didn't realize you had mentioned me by name! *blush* As always, salamat talaga for this recipe. I made some when I was back in Manila for Xmas/New Year. My relatives refused to believe it came from our kitchen. I had counted 1 per person (I made huge ones) for Media Noche to eat with tsokolate after popping fireworks, but lesson learned - I should have made at least 2 per person! :)

BTW, For folks who are hesitant to try this because they don't have a bread machine - I use a good ol' KitchenAid with a dough hook and it comes out okay. (I salute anyone that does it by hand... >_<)Denisenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7977563004357944096.post-42199304820510488022011-04-14T09:00:57.991-04:002011-04-14T09:00:57.991-04:00Hi Grace,
